Big News: We're Scaling Up Sauce Production

We've been building towards this for a while, and we're finally ready to share the news: Ed's Bangers is scaling up sauce production from our new dedicated food production facility.

It's been a journey getting here. Planning permissions, Food Standards Agency registrations, fitting out the space to FSA standards — none of it is quick. But it's done right, and we're incredibly proud of the setup we've built.

The Three Sauces

Our three Great Taste Award-winning sauces are now available for order online and through a growing number of local stockists:

• Chilli Paste — fiery, complex, and deeply aromatic. The one that divides the room (in the best way).
• Proper Gravy — thick, glossy, made with real meat juices. Sunday dinner has never been easier.
• Smoked BBQ Sauce — low-and-slow smokiness, sweet and tangy. American soul with a British heart.

All three carry the Great Taste star, and all three are made in small batches to maintain quality. No shortcuts.
